Order Changes

Good Life® Order Cancellations & Changes Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes (address, shipping method, etc.) to an order that has already been placed, these must be done within 24 HOURS of the time the order was placed.  These changes must be made by calling our Customer Care Center during business hours:  Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm PST.  We cannot accept cancellations or changes via email.

If you need to change an order that was placed on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday (PST), please call first thing Monday morning.

If an order needs to be canceled or changed after it has already shipped (or after the first 24 hours) there will be a Non-Refundable $10 Fee charged to the credit card used for the original order.  This $10 fee also applies if the package is refused upon delivery. If the order has already shipped, we also cannot refund your original shipping costs.  We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
