Squirrel Control
During the day you hear the “click click” of squirrels running around your attic. You don’t know how they got in, but their chirping, scampering around and general destruction means they can’t stay.
Living Habits:
The common Gray squirrel lives in wooded areas inside the cavity of trees, but due to human development and lack of natural predators, squirrels are starting to overpopulate and seek alternative shelters such as house attics. They live in families and are active during the day.
Appearance:
The Gray squirrel is about 18 inches long including the tail, can weigh up to two pounds and is usually gray with a white belly.
Diet:
Squirrels like to hoard their food and will eat bird eggs, insects, berries, fruit, vegetables and nuts.
Breeding:
Females will have two litters a year with anywhere from two to four young per litter.
